Photovoltaic EVA film plays a key role in solar panel packaging, and its use requires strict compliance with process specifications. First of all, it is necessary to ensure that the size of the film matches the component before use. It is usually cut accurately according to the cell layout and glass size. At the same time, the operating environment should be kept clean to avoid dust contamination that affects the light transmittance.


The lamination process is the core link and is generally completed using a vacuum laminator. Lay the EVA film flat on the tempered glass surface, place the battery sheets and backplane in sequence, and then send them to the laminator. The lamination temperature is usually controlled between 140 and 150 degrees Celsius, and the vacuuming time is about 5 to 8 minutes. During the pressure-holding and curing stage, appropriate pressure must be maintained to ensure that the film fully melts and flows, air bubbles are discharged, and the gaps between the cells are filled.


After lamination is completed, the cross-linking degree needs to be tested to ensure that the EVA is fully cured. High temperature and high humidity environments should be avoided during storage to prevent premature aging of the film. The entire packaging process requires strict control of temperature and humidity, and operators should wear dust-free gloves to prevent fingerprints and impurities from remaining. Through standardized processes, the EVA film can effectively protect the cells, provide excellent light transmittance and insulation, and ensure that the components have a service life of more than 25 years.
