EVA photovoltaic film has been widely used in double-glass module packaging. Taking a large ground photovoltaic power station as an example, the project adopts a double-sided power generation double-glass module structure and uses high-transmission EVA film as the packaging material. During the specific implementation process, battery sheets are placed between two layers of tempered glass, and the EVA film is heated and laminated in a high-temperature laminator. The temperature is controlled at about 150 degrees Celsius, so that the film melts, flows and solidifies to form a reliable sealing structure.
In this application example, the EVA film exhibits excellent light transmittance, with a visible light transmittance of over 91%, effectively ensuring the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cell. At the same time, a strong chemical bond is formed between the adhesive film, glass and battery cells, with a peel strength of more than 60 Newtons per centimeter, ensuring that the module will not delaminate when used in harsh outdoor environments for a long time. In addition, in order to solve the problem of water vapor easily entering the edges of double-glass modules, a modified EVA film is used together with a strict edge sealing process, so that the modules can pass strict heat and humidity tests and UV aging tests, and have a service life of more than 25 years. This packaging solution has been widely used in rooftop distributed systems and agricultural and solar complementary projects, showing good economic benefits and reliability.
