EVA photovoltaic film production process

EVA photovoltaic film is one of the important packaging materials in solar cell modules. Its production process mainly includes the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation: The production of EVA photovoltaic film first requires the preparation of EVA resin, which is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with good transparency and flexibility and is suitable for packaging of photovoltaic modules.

5. Cooling and shaping: The calendered EVA film needs to be quickly cooled through a cooling device to fix the shape and size of the film.

6. Cutting and packaging: The cooled EVA film is cut according to the required size and packaged for easy transportation and use.

7. Quality inspection: During the entire production process, strict quality inspection of EVA photovoltaic films is required, including thickness, light transmittance, aging resistance and other indicators, to ensure that the product meets the usage requirements of photovoltaic modules.
