the eva film used in the production of photovoltaic modules is a transparent colloid with good light transmittance and aging resistance. it encapsulates the crystalline silicon wafer set with an "upper cover and lower pad" and is bonded with the upper protective material glass and the lower protective material tpt (polyfluoroethylene composite film) using vacuum lamination technology to form a crystalline silicon component. long-term practice has proven that it achieves quite satisfactory results in solar cell packaging and outdoor use.

(1) transparent eva film: used for photovoltaic module packaging, with high resistance to pid, high light transmittance, resistance to uv yellowing, resistance to snail marks, and good adhesion to glass and backplanes. the disadvantage is poor reflectivity. high water permeability, easy to produce pid phenomenon; widely used in the packaging of the upper layer of single/double glass modules;

(2) white eva film: used for encapsulation of the underside of photovoltaic module cells. it has high reflectivity. the white eva film can make sunlight re-reflected to the cell surface, improving the power generation efficiency of solar modules; it can meet the needs of single-glass modules. , double glass components, and thin film components require high yield packaging processing, and the price is relatively high.
